Reed W. Huston
Reed W. Huston enjoys writing various flavors of fiction in his ample spare time. He finds particular joy in writing horror stories, simply to see the reactions his writing evokes in his unsuspecting readers. Growing up, Reed was fascinated by the supernatural and unexplainable, and when he wasn’t scaring himself reading the works of R.L. Stine and Christopher Pike, he was crafting his own stories. Reed’s guilty pleasures also involve indulging in horror television shows and movies, which he classifies as “research” to fuel his creative engines. His favorite authors include Neil Gaiman, Clive Cussler, and Stephen King. Reed considers King in particular a major inspiration due to his humble beginnings and even humbler personality. Ever in search of new ways to develop and refine his literary voice, Reed describes his writing as a potpourri of styles influenced by his favorite authors mixed with a dash of his personal flair.
